Lunateque DJ (Mr Lizard) will be playing an eclectic range of music to suit the therapeutic needs of all manner of flailing Loons. 10) adidas Runners Warsaw’s free trainings 

RUNBASE Warsaw is a unique space where the adidas Runners Warsaw community meets on a daily basis. The RUNBASE provides a wide range of free trainings and professional coaching. This is a place where everyone has the opportunity to try different forms of physical activity – from running trainings, strength, technique, speed to a  general full-body workout. The sessions cater to a variety of levels enabling everyone to find something that suits them, all for free.

Every training is completely free and open to members of different levels, including beginners. RUNBASE Warsaw is equipped with changing rooms, cabinets, showers, a large exercise room, and a chill zone.
