On the occasion of the book night, there will be several events organized in bookstores across the country. One of these events is a silent disco in a bookstore, the first event of this type to take place in Warsaw. On channel 1, you will be able to listen to poetry, whereas channels 2 and 3 will be dedicated to music.
For the 9th time, the city’s private galleries open their spaces and invite you to the Warsaw Gallery Weekend. During this unique event, 27 galleries from Warsaw, Gliwice, Katowice, and Poznań will stage their premiere exhibitions of Polish and foreign artists. Those exciting three days will reveal the most interesting and the most up-to-date phenomena of the Polish contemporary art stage.
The program also includes 9 accompanying exhibitions, social events, concerts, meetings with artists and guided tours.
You’re guaranteed an excellent selection of Warsaw’s must-see sights! Enjoy a relaxed ride through famous Royal Route and the Old Town, get great shots of Warsaw panoramic views from the city beach at the Vistula River wild bank and feel the cool breeze as we ride through the wild riverbank. We won’t miss the National Stadium and the Palace of Culture and Science of course! Come and be wowed by Warsaw!
10) Make Pierogi (Traditional Polish Dumplings) from scratch
No trip to Poland is complete unless you try the famous Polish dumplings. Or, even better, learn how to make them yourself.
The name of this dish probably derives from the Polish verb “to drink”, making pierogi the ultimate choice for party food. The class ends with pierogi lunch or dinner, so we strongly advise you to come hungry.
